How does it work?



How does the product Right Free Music work? BYATO designs together with you and a professional play out partner a music channel. Since this music channel is a dedicated one, there will be no other parties involved. BYATO is the sole owner of the music, there are no third parties involved and therefor no licensing agreements that can bring complications to the product. Due to the fact that BYATO is the sole owner of the music, all invoices and bills from Collective Societies can be referred to the trash can. The Collective Societies simply are not allowed to collect on behalf of BYATO. Of course there are additional terms and conditions when using our music to assure that you do not need to pay to a Collective Society. One of those terms is that you play our music and our music alone.

We just briefly addressed the play out partner, this being a professional music supplier. Most of you will have such a play out partner already and for those of you who don’t BYATO will appoint one for you. Some of you do not have music at all, due to costs or other reasons. Underneath the three base customers are set out in a schedule. You probably are one of those three. If your company does not fit one of the profiles, do not worry we will design a solution for you on request.




Situation 1: You have music from a professional music supplier

You have an agreement with a supplier that delivers you music and an installation for the use of music at your location. The music is delivered to you via internet, satellite, telephone line, cd or even a hard drive. If your set up is all of the above you just simply contact us or your current supplier that you would like to use our Right Free product of BYATO to save on your costs. We will contact your music supplier and exchange your current music for our product. This simple action will free you from the invoices of the Collective Societies and you will be saving on your costs.

Situation 2: You have a Radio or Television at your location

In this case you do not have a professional music supplier and no installation. Since you are playing “normal music” the Collective Societies are sending you invoices for the usage of music. They are obligated to send you an invoice because they represent the authors and record labels who produce the music that you use. BYATO’s product can only be delivered via a professional music partner. Even with the switch to a professional music service you will save costs for the use of music. On top of that you will have other advantages, no cd’s, a service contract for the installation, no different radio and TV stations playing at your location and many more.

The main factor of course is saving on you costs for the usage of music.



Situation 3: You have no music at all

This can be for a variety of reasons. The most heard arguments are costs, to much Top 40 material, fuzziness of existing services and no dedicated music channels. BYATO can assist you in all of the above. Since we deliver Right Free music the cost portion is taken care of. We deliver dedicated music with only one invoice and finally we make sure that there is only one contact person for you.
